- We aim to delivery the product to your shipping address.
- We cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates and we would update you accordingly if we could find a reason that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses for late delivery.
- Upon delivery the product, you may be required to sign for the delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defect, damage before you sign. You need to keep the product delivery receipt as reference in case any circumstances happen and for future communication.
- All our product will be deliver in our standard packaging.
- All risk shall pass to you upon delivery, except the delivery date delayed. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the product.
- You must be careful when open the product when use any sharp instruments to minimize the damage possibilities.
- If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card or instruction for re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
- For orders above RM290, free shipping will be given to the Klang Valley address. Shipping fess will be charged for the remaining addresses.
