Products

1. What kind of fabrication we are using?

    - Most of our product is Bamboo Cotton with GOTS / OEKO-TEX certified.

2. What is the right size for the baby?

    - As a parents, during 3rd trimester you can always ask your consultation of the baby growth before any purchase.

    - As a gifts, you can always buy the bigger size for longer wear.

3. Does all the products come with gift box?

    - YES. Our gift set comes with boxes & zipper pouch. 

    - As a parents to make things different for the planet, you can always store your baby first experience inside the box.

4. Is the invoice inside the box?

    - NO. We would not include invoice in the box. You can always request from us through dm or email at roubabymy@gmail.com.

 

Policies

1. Placing an Order

     - Shopping on our Rou Baby website is simple. You can browse our collections by our products at the main page.

     - Once you found item that you love, you can choose the size preferred and add to cart. You can choose to continue shopping, or proceed straight to the checkout.

    - Prior to confirming the order, kindly carefully review the quantity, size, colour and the total amount.

    - Enter your delivery and billing details (email, phone number, name and shipping address) information. If you have a discount code, do not forget to enter.

 

2. How to use the Discount?

    - You can enter the discount code on the column. Remember to enter on the right-hand side and click 'Apply'.

    - Please note, only one discount/promotion per order applies. If you try to apply two discounts/promotions, our system will automatically select the best deal and apply this to your order.

 

3. Payment

    - If you are happy with everything, click on the "continue to payment" button and enter your payment details.  

    - You can complete the order via Paypal, Stripe and Debit/Credit Card.

    - Simply finish placing your order by clicking on the "Pay Now" button.

    - Once you have placed the order, you should receive an automated confirmation email from us containing your order number once you've complete the order. Please check your junk/spam folders in case the email snuck in there.

4. Delivery & Shipping cost

    - We will take up to 48 working hours to dispatch. Personalized product will take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

    - Free Shipping for any order above RM 290 within Malaysia. Currently we ship all orders within Malaysia via Standard Shipping. For orders under RM 290, there is a flat rate delivery charges. Please check the rate chart below.

5. Returns & Exchange

    - To see our returns policy please see our returns page.

 

6. What is my items are defective or incorrect?

 

    - If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at roubabymy@gmail.com with a photo of damage or incorrect product, as well as your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

 7. Can I cancel my order?

    - Once an order has been placed, it may not possible to cancel it. Please contact us at roubabymy@gmail.com or Instagram chat. We will try our best to cancel the order before dispatched. If the order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel the order.

 

8. Can I change the order I made?

   - Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to change it. Please contact us at roubabymy@gmail.com or Instagram chat. If the order has been processed, we can no longer make any changes.
